BUILDS EXPERTISE IN ASHEVILLE LUXURY HOME MARKET

Asheville, September 2012 — STEVE BOURKE with The Bourke Group of Keller Williams Professionals Realty in Asheville recently completed a luxury home marketing training course offered by Laurie Moore-Moore.

The course - which covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today’s luxury home product, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property – was taught by Laurie Moore-Moore, President of the Dallas-based Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and author of the book, Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents’ Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes.

“The course is a step towards earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation which The Institute awards internationally to sales professionals who meet performance standards in the upper-tier residential market,” said Moore-Moore. Steve Bourke is an example of a sales associate who works to hone the special skills and competencies necessary to provide exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace.” Since taking the course, Bourke has met the additional requirements and has since earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation for his knowledge, experience, and expertise in the luxury home arena.

Bourke is an award-winning sales associate who has been in real estate since 1996 and specializes in the Asheville market.  He is a full service real estate agent dedicated to providing his clients with current information, attention to detail, no pressure and great service.  He is an integral part of the Asheville community and a family man. Over the years, Bourke and his team has been a top producing team; including selling numerous luxury homes in the Asheville area.  In 2011, Steve sold the highest closed price for a residential property in Buncombe County for the year. In 2007, Steve’s listing sold with the highest closed price for a residential home in Buncombe for that year.
