Many of our clients are relocating to Asheville or moving within the area to be closer to the many amenities that draw people to the Asheville area - restaurants, entertainment, night life, downtown, arts, to name a few. 

Recently, I found a website that might be helpful for those looking to see if the house they are considering purchasing is in a “walkable” area or if you want to see what is located around the house you currently live in.  I did notice some new restaurants and areas did not show up on the map so this will depend on how often they update the site.  

We always recommend checking out the neighborhood in which you are considering purchasing and consulting with your real estate agent about the places close to the home especially if this is a priority for you.
