Details for How to Search Our Site to find your next home:

There are several ways to search for properties on our site.  From the homepage, we have featured listings on the right hand side.  Here you will also find a link for all the luxury listings in our area which are homes for sale in Asheville for $1M and up. 

You can also see all of our group’s listings by clicking on the link on the right hand column for all of Our Listings.

To search by MLS number, simply type the MLS number in the red Quick Property Search box in the upper right hand side of the home page.  From here, you can also search by property type, city or zip code, and price range.

For more specific criteria, you can modify your search from the displayed results after you start your search. 

1. Click Modify Search
2. Adjust the search criteria based on your needs: Available Search Methods: ZIP, County, MLS Area, Schools, Subdivision, Street Name,  Listing #
3. Click Try the Advanced Search for more specific search fields
4. Once you have selected your search criteria, you can hit search or you may also select the check box next to Save Search and label this specific search in order to receive email alerts for new listings that meet your criteria or newly priced existing listings that now fall in your price range.
5. Once you have created a saved search, you can go back to this search at any time by clicking on the Get Email Alerts / Save Search link on the homepage. From here, you can log in, view your saved listings, and search for new listings.

• Search ALL available area listings in detail
• Set up search profiles for frequent use
• Save favorite listings for later reference

From the displayed search results, you can view property details, photos or take the visual tour of the property if a tour link has been provided.  If you still do not see the home you are looking for, please contact me and we can assist you in your search.
