The Asheville City Council is getting ready to deal with a revised downtown master plan, now in its third draft, and all the usual important topics are in the mix - money, regulation, zoning, growth, and neighborhoods.  It’s a good idea to read up on the plan and express your opinions, both to your city council members and during the public comment phase.  If you own or want to own property in downtown Asheville this plan affects you.
