CarePartners Health Services announces new North Clinic location at Reynolds Village in Woodfin

Asheville, NC – December 2, 2008– CarePartners Health Services and Reynolds Mountain Communities have signed a lease agreement for a 2,765 square foot space in the first building of Reynolds Village, the most recent phase of the development. Located in Woodfin just across the town’s border with North Asheville, Reynolds Village is also home to the new Neighborhood YMCA at Woodfin, scheduled to open on April 1, 2009.

CarePartners North Clinic first opened in Weaverville in 2000 as the organization’s third location. Replacing this location, the Reynolds Village site is scheduled for occupancy next summer. CarePartners will work closely with neighboring YMCA by providing physical and occupational therapy as a compliment to the wellness services offered by the YMCA.

“From the earliest planning stages, we envisioned Reynolds Village as a health and wellness center for North Buncombe County.  CarePartners is one of the most respected names in healthcare in our area, and along with the YMCA, serves as the cornerstone for this overarching vision,” said Reynolds Mountain Communities CEO Kirk Boone.

Reynolds Village is a 70 acre commercial, residential and medical development. Master planned in the style of a classic Carolina mercantile main street, the completed project will include over 420,000 square feet of multi-use real estate and hundreds of residential units. In the same building that will house both the YMCA and CarePartners, Reynolds Village also has available new medical, financial and general office space, as well as first floor retail and restaurant opportunities. Additional parcels of land are available in a variety of configurations and locations.

CarePartners Health Services is a nonprofit organization based in Asheville offering post-acute services that include inpatient and outpatient physical rehabilitation; home health, private duty and personal care services; hospice, palliative care and bereavement services; and adult day services.
