For those of you following the Parkside controversy, Superior Court Judge Marlene Hyatt granted the Pack heir’s motion for summary judgment in their case to invalidate the sale of county park land to Stewart Coleman.  If it stands up, this is effectively a win for the heirs, halting the Parkside project in its current form.

RiverSculpture at Reynolds Mountain opens on September 27th.  The third annual RiverSculpture will be open to the public from September 27th until January 5th, 2009 at Reynolds Mountain.
